What We Do:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for configuring new customer accounts and educating customers on the fulfillment lifecycle. Your main goal is to set customers up for success at fulfillment. Customers look to you as a knowledgeable guide and you enjoy being curious and sharing what you know with others. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success is a daily task, which you enjoy because you love to communicate and work with others.

This is a remote position with regular communication using video chat and Slack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers as needed to set up accounts (virtual meetings and phone)
  • Advise customers of the most efficient way to configure account settings based on business needs
  • Provide initial training to customers on the fulfillment workflow end-to-end
  • Educate customers on software usage and how to contact support after active shipping begins
  • Proactively assist warehouses with inquiries, errors, and special requests
