Customer Success Representative
What We Do:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are responsible for providing frontline service to our global customers. You play a vital role as a company ambassador and your daily communication defines our customers’ opinions about ShipHero Fulfillment. CSRs help our customers through email, chat, and phone calls. Excellent customer experience, the ability to perceive what customers need, and clear communication are your top priorities.
This is a remote position with regular communication using video chat and Slack.
