Enterprise Account Executive SaaS

At ShipHero we make it easy to manage eCommerce logistics in more ways than one . Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. While our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada.

We want to put this great technology in the hands of more brands, retailers and 3PLs to help them grow. We are now at a point where it makes sense to invest in net new Sales roles to accelerate the wave of adoption happening in the market.

We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion and initiative for new business acquisition. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

You will:

  • Manage the full sales cycle by using a value based approach to win new business.
  • Own your forecast and be accountable for providing accurate business updates to our internal business, while keeping activities and deal updates current in our CRM.
  • Be comfortable generating your own pipeline / hunting for new business.
  • Have experience with inside and field sales running the full sales cycle independently.
  • Create and maintain relationships through multiple touch points including calls, emails, on-site visits, and social media.
  • Travel for in-person meetings as well as Industry events
  • Build documented account & opportunity plans that foster a strategic team based selling approach to winning large ACV deals
  • Become an expert on the problems ShipHero’s warehouse management software solves and be able to provide valuable insights into ways our customers can improve their business
  • Update and maintain data in CRM and other applications on all leads/prospects/contacts/activity, etc.



Need to Have:

  • 8-10 years of closing sales experience in a similar capacity.
  • You have sold SaaS in the $100k-$1M ARR deals
  • History of meeting or exceeding targets at current and past companies.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) is a plus
  • Thoughtful, with a strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, and persistent follow through on commitments to our customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and manage complex sales processes
  • Proven ability to demonstrate workflow based software
  • Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.
  • Experience working in a CRM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other related applications.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest about our product, mission, and industry.
