At ShipHero we make it easy to manage eCommerce logistics in more ways than one. Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. Our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada.

We want to put this great technology in the hands of more brands, retailers, and 3PLs to help them grow.

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the overall onboarding project. This includes coordination of subject matter experts and solution providers from different software systems and ensuring seamless data flow between them. They will work collaboratively across customer and ShipHero teams to customize the solution and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to drive the growth of customer accounts by implementing high performing solutions and integration tools.
  • Act as a trusted platform expert for potential clients, driving sales, success, and expansion of accounts.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of customers' technology landscapes and how they align with ShipHero’s software.
  • Gather, prioritize, and communicate customer use cases to our Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing our product strategy and development roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software implementation.
  • Oversee the effort to ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Enhance efficiency within internal teams by designing automated workflows and developing sophisticated internal tools.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software integration.
  • Strong technical background in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
