The Channel Sales Manager will play a crucial role in building out and driving the success for one of our key channel partners - NetSuite. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning channel partners with our company's objectives and ensuring success in achieving the goals of both companies.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and increase mindshare with NetSuite sellers and leadership.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to understand their requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with them on training needs and delivering projects to support them.
  • Develop and implement a business plan focused on the NetSuite ecosystem
  • Co-sell with ShipHero account executives on NetSuite sales opportunities.
  • Understand progress to target and recommend solutions to close potential gaps
  • Make effective use of cross-functional resources and understand how to use these resources and skills to implement plans and achieve results.
  • Develop training programs and resources to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote, sell, and support our products or services.
  • Identify and callout key roadblocks to achieving sales results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product roadmap to effectively enable channel partners and help them capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote, sell, and support our products or services.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ in a channel enablement, partner management, or related within a technology/SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partner quota expectations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Established relationships and knowledge of NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies with a proven track record of building scalable programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in working cross functionally to build content and deliver trainings.
  • Up to 20% travel within North America.
