Position overview
We are currently hiring experienced warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team to help us pick, pack & ship orders in our 200,000 sq ft warehouse in North Las Vegas, NV. You'll be part of a team that helps ship over $5 billion of e-commerce orders a year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a Raymond Reach and Counterbalance Forklift
- Use tools including but not limited to carts, pump trucks, dollies and computers.
- Unload, sort, stage, palletize, and shrink wrap pallets.
- Picking, packing and shipping orders.
- Meets specifics of our customers' orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Follow company policies including Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Fulfillment Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, inventory and/or Fulfillment,
- Minimum 1 year experience operating a Raymond Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift.
- Must have a valid Forklift License.
- Able to operate various pieces of equipment/technology (e.g. tablets, computers)
- Ability to tolerate potentially long periods of time on your feet.
- Team player with a high level or urgency. Able to problem solve and take initiative.
- Highly organized & detailed oriented.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Accomplish other tasks as needed in the warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
