SDR Manager

At ShipHero we make it easy to manage eCommerce logistics in more ways than one . Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. While our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada. We are looking to put this great technology in the hands of more brands, retailers and 3PLs to help them grow. To help drive revenue growth, we are looking for a leader to build out our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.

You will:

  • Coach & train the SDR Team to hunt, identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities for ShipHero’s closing team.
  • Build the playbooks & processes to drive repeated success that will aid and support our scaling SDR team.
  • Create, manage, report and maintain key data points, reports and dashboards to accurately portray your team's achievements & future forecasts to upper leadership/board.
  • Own the entire recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes of all new SDR members.
  • Work closely with sales & marketing to increase the # of opportunities given to ShipHero’s closing team, improve the opportunity quality and manage the qualification processes as ShipHero’s capabilities grow/change.
  • Continuously iterate and elevate on the sales development process, methodology and campaigns.

You should have:

  • Previous Saas and/or eCommerce logistics sales management experience at a high-growth company.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) & a full sales/marketing tech stack
  • Understanding of logistics and/or transportation a bonus
