What We Do:

As a Warehouse Account Manager at ShipHero, you are responsible for resolving customer issues on-site at the warehouse. You play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by being their "eyes and ears" in the warehouse. Our Warehouse Account Managers have warehouse experience, excellent customer service, and problem-solving skills and focus on putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

These tasks are accomplished by developing an exhaustive understanding of the ShipHero application and working closely with ShipHero's warehouse operations and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via coordinated calls or on our ticketing system
  • Communicate with the warehouse operations team in-person
  • Verify order details with customers when questions arise
  • Resolve troubled totes in the warehouse
  • Verify mailing addresses on orders with errors
  • Address customer billing concerns
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as requested
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers

The best candidates have:

  • A proven record of being a self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of urgency
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
