Sales Manager for ShipHero Fulfillment

To help us meet our goals, we are scaling our Sales Team and looking for people who share our core values and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Our team is remote and this position may reside in the U.S. or Canada.

As a Sales Manager, you will be a critical member of the ShipHero Fulfillment Sales organization, as you are a key driver for attaining Shiphero’s sales goals. This role is focused on recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of Account Executives. You will be a leader that will give guidance and direction on how best to position Shiphero Fulfillment services.

You are responsible for working with multiple departments to make the necessary changes needed to reach your team's sales quota. You will be a leader forging ahead with the ability to make a difference as you collaborate with other team members. This role will manage inbound and outbound Account Executives. You will support the sales process to C-level executives, founders, and eCommerce brands. As a leader you will be a strong advocate for ShipHero Fulfillment services..

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team of Account Executives.
  • Consultative sales coach that will provide regular training sessions.
  • Monitor sales calls and provide feedback and direction.
  • Monthly 1:1 and QBR’s with each team member to evaluate performance to goal.
  • Create sales techniques and plans to better present our services.
  • Understand the current state of the market in relation to competition.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide direction based on individual needs.
  • Be a Saleforce leader and guide team members on best practices.
  • Take an active role in the growth and development of each team member.
  • Travel to networking events and trade shows.
  • Regular meetings with Marketing to drive initiatives.
  • Identify new lead opportunities for the team..
  • Create a healthy and competitive sales culture.


  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 2+ years of managing inbound and outbound sales teams.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team
  • History of exceeding team goals.
  • Adapts quickly to change, can motivate a team to work with new processes.
  • Must be a team player, willing collaborator, and courteous.
  • The ability to be a problem solver across various departments.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to recruit top talent to ShipHero.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts both within and outside the company.

Success Metrics

  1. Achieves assigned sales quota for team.
  2. Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
